Opps..!

I fell off the low carb wagon today. Lulu Lowcarb had promised me a full blown traditional Sunday dinner. I know its Tuesday, but hey when your retired every day is a Sunday. :op

I had a blood test today. I am very keen to see what this diet has done to my cholesterol. I should know by the 13th.

Hope your blood test results will be OK. My cholesterol used to be a little high but, since cutting down on the starches, it's now perfect.
