Had an hour dance lesson this afternoon and we spent 45 minutes working on the Jive and the rest on the Argentine Tango. That was a good workout. The Kick Flicks and Step Ball Changes in the Jive use a lot of energy. The Argentine Tango was a nice cool down at the end. Mind you, it is just as well we had this exercise, as all I have done today is stuff my face. Madge was going to have Raspberries and Ice Cream to finish dinner. I was going to pass, but the Raspberries looked gorgeous so I said "I'll have the same, but just one scoop of Ice Cream". She gave me two!

Ballroom jive is exhausting whatever way you look at it! We never really got into Argentine tango, but would have loved to. There's still time, I guess! Liked the weight graph you posted the other day, too 😀

Best things ever are Red Fruits, top of my list has got to be the Raspberry, bet they were delicious, cant wait till mine are ready in the garden.....
