I don't think so, Red. I think it is pretty much a stand-alone kind of thing. It isn't a watch or step counter and its app seems pretty self-contained. I didn't use any other device before this except for the polar heart rate monitor back in the day so didn't consider compatibility.

😃yes, Hump. Its a long way from plumb lines, stopwatches and pulse taking. Its been an interesting experiment.

Red, there is loads of info online about Whoop. And they do great podcasts explaining the measurements they work with and chatting with athletes who use it (I listened to Michael Phelps recently, very interesting)
