Hi Sharon, just had a peek at your journal. You make keto look easy. I try to have >600g protein/week but don’t really target the rest. I aim for <1700 calories but since April I’ve had a few too many holidays so haven’t been anywhere near calorie target. Going to get back to things from today hopefully🤞🏾. Good luck x

Thank you Marge. I’m going to need luck! It’s actually not avocado - it was a smashed broad bean guacamole with rocket, chilli, lime etc etc. The toasted seeds made the dish. And was a really decent protein portion😊

Anne, the struggle is very real! I feel as stiff as a board. I’ve done stretching for 30 minutes and feel a lot better. Good luck to us both xx

Thanks Bryony, you’re doing brilliantly. Will be looking to everyone for inspiration and support. The first couple of weeks after such a long time off is always really hard for me.

Hi LivinBreezy 👋, lovely to meet you. It’s a daily struggle but I try. I generally avoid the overly whiny, negative hysterics as I find such things triggering and damaging for my peace of mind. I’ve peeked at your profile and a lot of it resonates. Interestingly covid made me confront the lies I’d been telling myself and finally focus on the important things. So in a terrible way covid has forced me to be more reflective and helped me to cut out a lot of the noise and deadwood. Looking forward to your journey😊
