Leg day yesterday. Crawling to work today! @Anne, needed the full 2 minutes rest. Definitely don’t need it for upper body. The weight loss is due to diet, not PT. But I’m hoping this makes me stronger 🦾🦾. Have a fabulous weekend FS.

Got back to PT yesterday after 7 weeks off. Did not want to go but managed to drag myself there. I did enjoy it once I was there. How do you stop yourself getting bored in PT? It’s not my natural environment and I struggle quite a bit.

This was taken 10 days ago. I am 8-9kg heavier than this time last year. So much has happened..I can’t remember where I was or what I was doing last year.
Back to PT next week - it’s the only way I will go to the gym. Trying to lower calories this week

Tiny drop. I’ll take it. Eating habits remain very poor. Main issue is all the life stress that’s compounding poor habits. Amazing how quickly good habits go out the window.
