Ups and downs I guess. It could be fluid weight and it could reflect how good I have been to my stomach (home made natural goat's milk yoghurt), taking advantage of the glut of fruit (sucrose), etc. Patience is necessary.

I need to love myself and stop mentally seeing myself as unattractive because of my size 14s (12s in the US - there's something nice to think of), the muffin top and big boobs and wobbly arms.

I have a lovely smile, I am in incredibly good health for someone my age; I'm clever and funny, I'm intelligent and people admire, respect and rely on me; I achieve things that nobody else can (or wants) to achieve.

What was that mantra: I give myself permission to accept myself unconditionally as I am today.
