Ok, where do I start. Opened my eyes this morning and I felt slightly hungry! Yea!! I love the feeling of being hungry before I eat. Then I looked outside..raining slightly..boo. Ok. Took my dog, we went out for a 1/2 mile walk with the umbrella. Came home, had breakfast, did my work. Hungry for lunch! Man that sandwich was so good! Around 3:45pm I went for another mile walk with my dog and I am looking forward to dinner. I am hungry too!
About feeling hungry. I hate feeling full or not really hungry before eating a meal. Then I know that I am overdoing the eating thing. It was my biggest pet peeve about last year's thanksgiving. I just never felt hungry. I know, first world problem right? All the snacking and foods of the holidays made me feel bleh. When I was losing weight last summer, I was looking forward to feeling hunger because that meant the smaller, smarter portions I am giving myself are being used up and I am making the right food decisions. More importantly I am not grazing..snacking. Yea I really craved chocolate after lunch but I had on piece. Thats it.
I can do this! I did it before, so why not? Lost a total of 27 lbs before. Got to get back to 172 and then then tackle the rest! Ok, prep talk for me is over.
