I am being more careful than ever ref covid. The last thing I want is to catch it just before my vaccine is due. I stuck to my usual walk and sat on the balcony!

Lol...my ship is also becoming tighter...you lot have inspired me so much....and I lurve you fitness gear....so pretty! I'm into YouTube vid workouts....loving that adrenaline feeling and at least 3-4 long brisk walks a week! Revitalising isn't it?

Anne I made sure I kept my distance from people. I didn't go into the town, stayed on the outskirts, I would imagine the town would have been even busier.

I am a great believer in the power of exercise and it makes me so happy to hear that you are enjoying your fitness! I have a never-ending supply of workout gear that I have taken to posting on here cause I can't wear it at the gym just now!

Anne me being anti social it is easy for me to stay away from people, the next few days I shall be walking on the downs the hills will be good exercise.
