Busy afternoon making potato salad for a party.. at least 10 # sitting in the frig. I tried to not taste too many times, but still feel it was at least a serving size if not more. I also cooked the hard eggs in the IP for the first time. Of course I had to see how that worked out. I had a couple that I peeled and didn't use, so they found their way to my mouth. The good news is I did track it. So my journaling goal is still intact.

I just wish someone else in family would take over big batches of food for these family things. Last summer it was noodle casserole (my version of goulash) this weekend it was potato salad. OK enough of my rant. Time to move on.
