about a week and i'm not losing weight, any suggestions?

Don't panic I put on half a pound first week! Keep water levels up, it's just keep those calories levels down, 500 cal less a day should lose you approx 2lb per week depending on how much you need to lose, I go lower on the carbs and slightly higher on protein, but it takes a while to settle into it. Just keep going!

It looks as if you’re not logging all your foods or if you are, you’re not eating very much at all. Make sure you’re logging everything you eat and drink so you can see exactly what your ratio of fats:protein:carbohydrate sits at. Then research what ratios would suit your goals best. Don’t guess portion sizes either - you need to weigh your portions to be sure you’re measuring your intake properly. A week of that should give you an idea of how to change your diet to lose weight best. It’s a bit of work but worth it if you stick to it. Definitely make sure you drink plenty of water (black coffee, black tea, green tea too) and avoid drinks with sugar as it’s too easy to drink your calories. Keep going and you’ll be fine.
