guys, I'm facing some problems since i started havy diet. somethimes i feel too tired and couldn't focus on work.

make sure you're getting everything you need. natural sugars, fats, carbs, vitamins... a varied diet is the best imo

If you’ve cut down a lot in sugar, you could be having withdrawal symptoms. Stick with it, drink plenty of water and you should start feeling better after a few days (usually within a week). It’s tough, but worth it. And those above are right, make sure you eat a good cross section of healthy foods. All the best!
