Well at least it's not a gain.. but still a bit disappointed.. 😶
100.9 kg Lost so far: 14.1 kg.    Still to go: 34.9 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

it always feels disappointing when you don't lose when you're aiming to but sometimes we just stall for no apparent reason. Chin up! You'll get there in the end as you're so determined. Take care!
