I had a fat week with birthday parties, dinners and ALL the wine.
Back on the bus now, because it is a lifestyle not a goal.
Let's do it! Meals prepped, 1hr yoga and an hr jog tonight.
67.2 kg Lost so far: 0 kg.    Still to go: 10.2 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
