Ok so I know I haven't put this much on as I have also weighed myself on my old scales however this is the reading from my new electric scales and I just need to accept my old ones were kind to me and take this as a new starting point. I did in reality put on 1kg over Easter and that's not great. I want to be at 75kg when I go on my holidays to visit my family on 24th of May so I am now going to focus and work really hard to get this goal! it is also the time of the month so not sure how much it affects my weight too so next week will be a clean reading and I'm sure it will be a good one! have my last proffessional exam on Friday and stressing out so I hope I won't nervously snack! 😥 Have a great week guys xxx
