i forgot to set a goal.. i see many have set small goals. steps if u may, i know i want to get down to say 135-140.. but my goal.. so i hlave 10..3 lbs and i will reach my first goal.. no longer 200+. i want to say 100+ again.. here is to that first goal....
95.4 kg Lost so far: 3.4 kg.    Still to go: 13.4 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
