Ahh. I figured the Wednesday morning's weight was due to dehydration or was it? No worries.

I ate 101 more calories than intended, 1901, and I will keep at trying to stick to a 1600 - 1800 calories range based on current daily activities.

Logging, accountable, determined!
98.5 kg Lost so far: 11.2 kg.    Still to go: 7.8 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

Good morning, friend! So much of what I read says that exact calories matter far less than the quality of food. You must be eating good stuff.
