A little weight gain but I'm too worried. I'm lifting weights more abut my clothes are still loose - so that is a good thing. I'll still watch what I eat and clean up the residual junk food that I'm still eating (cool ranch Doritos are so good as is Diet Dr Pepper). Have a great wednesday everyone.
71.8 kg Lost so far: 2.1 kg.    Still to go: 1.5 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
