Very happy that I have kept the weight loss I achieved with the liquid fast last week. Excited to do it again this week. Plan to do a "Bone Broth Fast" this time.
94.3 kg Lost so far: 1.4 kg.    Still to go: 8.2 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
