Ketostix turned today. Yay. This time last year I was the exact same wieght. I had lost 41 pounds. I went on to lose more (64 total), but let it creep up. So, I am back to induction to try and shake these mistakes. I hope to see my lowest weight again...I hit it in October 2011 - 183. Let's hope for October 2012!
93.4 kg Lost so far: 18.6 kg.    Still to go: 2.7 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
