eliminated soda juice ice cream ate less rice no eating heavy food after 9pm no pizza 3 bottles of water and coffee no iced coffee intermediate fasting 16 hrs no chips no white bread ate more often
89.8 kg Lost so far: 22.7 kg.    Still to go: 22.7 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
Losing 1.2 kg a Week
