I worked a long shift for St. Patty's. Didn't drink on the drinkiest day of the year! Came home and didn't binge on food. Had a low calorie day. Wasn't hungry for most of it. Feeling very exhausted and super proud of myself.

Now I am drinking my trophy coffee and basking in my success!
56.4 kg Lost so far: 2.2 kg.    Still to go: 4.2 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
