體重終於動了起來,今天去量的體重較剛過完年後量的下降了0.9公斤,體脂和內臟脂肪各降了0.8%和0.5%,太高興了結果中午外食點錯了餐
,鮮蝦大餛飩點成鮮蝦大餛飩麵了!居然還吃完了!該慶幸湯沒喝嗎?
