Yesterday I watched my carbs and got lots of fiber. I actually had more calories than I typically do. We are going to watch some Olympic trials this weekend and I am going to do some mass cooking making myself some tortilla chips to take and bacon to take. So at least in a pinch I will have something that will help me keep my head.
102.8 kg Lost so far: 9.7 kg.    Still to go: 17.1 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
