Okay I have to record what I ate and drink yesterday; I did not do great and seeing some results of that today. Back on the straight and narrow today. Those low carb chip that I am making are my lifesaver!
103.2 kg Lost so far: 9.3 kg.    Still to go: 17.5 kg.    Diet followed: Poorly.
