Wow.. cannot believe that I lost weight after the Wednesday bread and cheese binge 😂😂😂 but I'm not complaining! It's been now over 3 months since I stopped smoking and the cravings have now stopped and I am making steady progress loosing weight which I am so happy about. My boxing exercise classes are going well and I didn't miss one since starting in February. I feel much stronger and leaner. here's to another good week! oh and today is steak day!!!! 😍😍😍😍😍 Have a great week guys xxx

You are on the right track from your beginning. You see you got it right by not going on a diet instead you changed to eating healthier. That’s the key a lot of people miss. Eating healthy meals is a habit you create just like eating unhealthy. It’s about making the right choices. Not that you need it, but good luck with your journey!

Keep going young lady. You are doing well. It took me four years of a restyled way of living and I unloaded ten stone. I watch what I eat daily and record every morsel on this App. Good luck and every best wish for your continued weight loss programme
