I love tortilla chips so I have taken the mission low carbohydrate and high fiber tortillas and cut them. I deep fry them and then add ground salt....delicious! I have also tried the low carbohydrate italian herb flatout bread the same way but I sprinkle garlic. A delicious low carbohydrate alternative to crackers ir chips with cheese!!!
103.1 kg Lost so far: 9.4 kg.    Still to go: 17.3 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

I have been contemplating doing the same...glad to know it is delish...now to just get off my rear and do it! lol

I put one tortilla each in a baggie and cook up 5 or 6 servings then I have enough for several days at a time.
