This was my birthday week, and I ate cake and it shows. I gained 3 pounds! Am I upset YES, but I'm motivated to keep going! March is a bad month for me regarding birthdays and treats. My daughters fiances birthday and my son's birthday is also this month, plus it's still too cold outside to get out there and walk. The town I live in has a beautiful bike trail I walk on, that is approx 5 miles long. This will definitely get me to my goal this spring when it warms up. I also need to keep pushing the water, I'm finding myself getting back into the groove of drinking coffee instead of water. Next week I am limiting myself to 1 cup of coffee a day. Have a beautiful weekend.
