16。昨晚補碳日吃到反胃快吐,斷食時間都到了还吃了一個很萬惡的高熱量宵夜。其實我一直懷疑我的體重機是壞掉的,很爛。
64.8 kg Lost so far: 7.7 kg.    Still to go: 12.8 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
