🙌🙌🙌 Finally I'm back to pre Christmas pre stopped smoking weight! Now for the next mini target need to loose next 5kg to get back to my lowest weight of 2017 of 76kg so that I can start making progress into the last stage of my weight loss. I am focused and determined and it will happen. if my progress continues at this rate I would be over the moon but I know it will slow down at some stage. And on top of that I got my promotion at work so I'm a very happy girl right now!!! Have a great week guys xx
