Haven't entered anything for a while as I am now using my ketodietapp which I love. It has a food planner which also has your macros shown and it is so easy to use. Have lost a little weight but more importantly I have lost quite a lot of cm's so my clothes fit better and some are beginning to feel to big. Would like to lose another 4% body fat so will keep focused and keep planning my meals. Hope everyone has a great weekend wherever you are in the world.
