Hi everyone, I was happy I stayed on my plan yesterday. It was really hard to do. I went to the food store and got a salad before shopping. I got a bunch of healthy stuff and brought it to work today. I felt a little ashamed b/c I bought 3 chicken breasts already cooked from the deli and they were outrageously priced, but let's not forget that last week I binge ate 7 days worth of crap which cost way more. I also bought a family pack of chicken breasts which I will cook this weekend. I have been sick and didn't want to cook so that's why I got the pre-cooked chicken from the deli.
I hope everyone can remember to never give up and that there are a lot of ups and downs in this process. Small changes add up! Have a great day!
