Really pleased this morning, slowly getting down to the target figure 😀... but this is where i normally ease off with the will power 😑... determined to get down to 12 stone...
80.2 kg Lost so far: 4.6 kg.    Still to go: 4.0 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
