Slept well. Up at 7:30 to get ready to go TOPS. Gained 1/2 pound this week. Went to Walmart and bank after meeting.
90.7 kg Lost so far: 6.4 kg.    Still to go: 20.4 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
