I couldnt wait till tomorrow to weigh myself so went today, into the chemist, closed my eyes n waited for the beep, opened one eye, and couldnt wait to get my print out, i was sooo pleased 4lb off, and only started on monday. im managing to eat more than i have ever done before, drinking lots of water, and could really stick to this long term and become healthy for once, hay ho, bring on next week for more of the same.
