Still maintaining. Still doing a lot of work on the new place last week, but am near enough there now. I need to get back into a proper routine, get back to my usual activities, and do some real exercise. And find something more healthy to snack on than biscuits!
59.9 kg Lost so far: 4.9 kg.    Still to go: 0.1 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

Fruit? Surely there's lots of lovely fruit in Spain to snack on. Is the weather nice there at the moment, Heidi? Well done for staying in maintenance 🙂

I think you are doing great if you’re maintaining on biscuits! LOL But you might try protein bats, fruit, or fresh veggies, cheese, nuts! LOL 🙋🏻

Okay Doobrie, lol, picking on my poor blind eyes and neuropathy inflicted fingers on the little tiny phone keyboard...you guys are lucky you only have to guess HALF of what I type! 😆bars Heidi! Doobs is right...bats might have protein but they probably taste pretty stringy, protein bars! 😝 LOL

LOL! Doobs and Sondra ... too funny! Heidi, you are doing great at maintaining! Biscuits are too easy to eat. But, so is fruit, nuts, and cheese? 😋

Thanks all. I will look out for the bats at Halloween! I'm thinking nuts, unsalted ones. I do occasionally have an extra slice on cheese, but am very wary about cheese, and nuts too, because they are so more-ish, and high in calories, and definitely helped me get fat over the years! Fruit and veg I already eat enough of.
