Not surprised to honest. My mind been all over the place. Ive had no energy, feel constantly tired, had no motivation to train or do anything.  All my life I've suffered from depression  and have days where I feel on top of the world to days where I just want to hide and disappear.  I have always been told to be strong and "Get over it" but its hard when its constantly on your mind. I just hope this week will be better. 🙏

Don’t be to hard on yourself. Fingers cross you will have a double figure loss next weighing.

track what you eat. then look at your averages and macros. exercise is great for a good mood and body shape but does not burn much fat unless it is HIIT while fasted.

learnfromgirls - I usually track what I eat and try to exercise at least 4 to 5 times a week but this week it felt so difficult

Sending best wishes to you, I know exactly how you feel 😓, I've been there. Beating yourself up certainly won't help your moods, but these feelings will go, and then hopefully 🙏 you can get back on track. 😁
