It has been a while since I've logged my meals on Fatsecret. Even though I haven't logged anything, I've learnt through the app what is good for my body and what is not. I've managed to control my portions better and it's safe to say for this year (though it's only been a a month and a half) I haven't had any fizzy drink or bottled Juice. My wife also started intermittent fasting which means breakfast didn't happen in the morning and that's been good for my weight and fat loss. I am currently on 19.1% body fat with my muscle mass rising.
89.9 kg Lost so far: 28.1 kg.    Still to go: 0 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
