4.2 lbs lost!! Wow! There is hope that I could be in the 150's. So, what I changed this week is I added more cardio and ate 20 or less carbs. I am going to keep that as a goal for this week. I'm so excited.
74.0 kg Lost so far: 12.4 kg.    Still to go: 3.7 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
Losing 2.2 kg a Week
