Up at 7:30 to go to TOPS. Gained 2 and 1/2 pounds. Exercise has been down to to cold. Went to Aldi's, cvs, roses, and cvs and home. Still bitterly cold. Will talk to Angie and Eloise tonight
91.9 kg Lost so far: 5.2 kg.    Still to go: 21.5 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
