The truth. I never thought I would see this number. I know how I got here and that is by eating the wrong foods at the wrong time and basically giving up on health. This is not just an eating thing...I rarely keep a good sleep schedule, I rarely exercise anymore, I watch too much t.v. in order to distract myself from lifes woes and I rarely go outside. This will be another attempt to make a change for the better. I am going to try and get up 5-6am, go to bed 10pm and eat three meals. I want to eat the low carb way because that is when I feel the best. All is not lost yet. One-day-at-a-time.
