Slept well, up at 8am to get ready to go to TOPS. Gained 1lb this week as didn't get out as much due to cold snap. After tops went to aldi's and iga
90.3 kg Lost so far: 6.8 kg.    Still to go: 20.0 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
