I had lost 10 pounds but because of my age I'm sure, I got hurt exercising. Am not able to do what I used to. This is discouraging but will not give up. I did gain it all back, but will continue trying. I have some outfits that I just have to fit into.
90.0 kg Lost so far: 0 kg.    Still to go: 15.2 kg.    Diet followed: Poorly.
