Had a carb nite and ate a whole bunch of bananas the day after as I've been getting really bad cramps and muscle soreness after taking muscle relaxants. I'm taking them as my back's been locking up, it hasn't got used to my new hip and in particular the way my thigh muscles are getting stronger (so my gait changes) after my hip operation earlier this year. I know I could have got pills for this but I thought, sod it, I want to address this with real food :-) I'm feeling a lot better anyway :-)
136.1 kg Lost so far: 7.7 kg.    Still to go: 27.2 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
Gaining 5.1 kg a Week
