I did a lot better last night, a salad with homemade dressing (no fats) and a little pasta. Took the dog for a walk, which is a always a good thing.

99.3 kg Lost so far: 0.5 kg.    Still to go: 24.5 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
