A major reset will commence starting this evening.

Happy Sunday.

Thanksgiving was a full house, hosted 11.

SIL came up on Friday and is returning to NY this afternoon.

Scale went up and I own it. Haven't logged since Wednesday I believe.

I have a head cold with lots of sneezing and runny nose.

Down but not out. I own it, I will correct it. Hope I didn't let to many down. Forgive me.
96.6 kg Lost so far: 13.2 kg.    Still to go: 5.9 kg.    Diet followed: Poorly.

I feel the same way. I don't post weight until Monday's but I weighed this morning and I was up over two pounds. I haven't logged since Wednesday either because I knew it wouldn't look pretty. Tomorrow is another day. We can do this!

Can't let your loyal fans down, impossible! Your only human sheet happens and it will come off! Make sure you get sugarless menthol coughdrops and stay positive!

Hope you feel better. Don't worry about the scale and you aren't letting anyone down. We are all going through similar eating situations.

Thanks all. 2 small chicken thighs, 1 cup of cooked spinach and a stick of butter are packed and going with me to the office tomorrow. The stick of butter should last the week.
