Hello everyone - went up a little bit in weight - prob due to the my new routine at the gym (starting to use weights more). Going to keep doing what I'm doing and looking forward to getting a bit more lean as I increase the treadmill and weight routines. Everyone is doing great - have a great rest of the week.
71.2 kg Lost so far: 2.7 kg.    Still to go: 0.9 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
