Well the scale didn't go down as much as I would have liked but it's down. I didn't do as good on eating as I should have. Beer, chips, a little ice cream. All during the weekend. I did get my squats in and a 4 1/2 mile hike yesterday so I'm still proud of what I'm doing to get healthier. I just need to think before I eat. Easier said than done.
