I can tell right now... being on the scale is going to be a battle. I am going to try and limit myself to twice a week instead of daily.. because it feels like it could easliy become a daily obsession.
BUT... being the first week...sure is nice to see the pay off. :)
151.5 kg Lost so far: 3.6 kg.    Still to go: 51.7 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
