I've used different scales to normal but the loss seems consistent with what I've noticed in the mirror.
I'm glad I'm finally going down again as I've been maintaining for months!
53 kg Lost so far: 6 kg.    Still to go: 0 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
