After hitting a plateau I’m now going down again, haven’t weighed myself for ages but this looks okay. My calories seem to be a bit low though I feel fine. Must have a better meal plan. Happy
108.1 kg Lost so far: 5.8 kg.    Still to go: 34.2 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
